Q: What's “Hold Order” and how does it work?

A: You can place multiple orders during our live shows.

We’ll hold your orders until the total reaches $50 — then we’ll ship them together for free!

Q: How long can you hold my order(s)?

A: Orders that are under $50 and selected as “Hold Order” will be kept in our warehouse for up to 30 days. After one month, if no additional purchases are made to reach the free shipping threshold or if we haven’t received any instructions from you, the order will be considered abandoned and will become Mr. Surprise’s property.
