Q: How do I place an order during the livestream?

A: When you see something you like, let us know and follow the host’s instructions. We will confirm availability and send you the checkout link.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept credit/debit cards, and other payment options as listed on our checkout page.

Q: Do I have to pay right away?

A: Yes, payment must be completed during the livestream to secure your items.

Q: I don’t like my toy. Can I get a refund?

A: All sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Q: Can you ship my order?

A: We offer shipping, local delivery, and self-pickup—choose the option that’s most convenient for you.

Q: How long do I have to pick up my order?

A: Orders must be picked up within two weeks from purchase. After two weeks, your purchase(s) will return to our warehouse for safekeeping. After one month, unclaimed purchases will be considered abandoned and will become Mr. Surprise’s property.

Q: What is a blind box?

A: A blind box is a sealed package containing one random design from a series. The fun is in the surprise!

Q: Can I choose the design?

A: No, part of the excitement is not knowing which one you’ll get until you open it.

Q: Can you open my blind box on stream?

A: Yes! All blind boxes purchased on stream will be opened live.

Q: Are there livestream-only deals?

A: Yes, we sometimes offer limited-time discounts, bundle deals, or freebies available only during the stream.

Q: How do I know when the next livestream is?

A: Follow us on TikTok and Discord, and turn on notifications so you never miss a show.

Q: What if I miss the livestream?

A: You can still shop in-store or online, but livestream-only items and promos are only available during the broadcast.

All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If a defect is found on stream, we will open a replacement blind box for you. If you choose to keep the defective one, the price remains the same.

Purchases must be made by individuals 18+ or with parental consent.

Minor packaging imperfections from shipping or handling do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
