Q: How do I place an order during the livestream?

A: You can place an order anytime directly on our website.

If you place your order during our livestream sessions (every Monday and Friday night) and select “OPEN LIVE”, our host will call out your order and unbox it while you are online.

If you are watching and prefer not to keep the unboxed item, you can trade it with our in-live trader.

If your order is called out but you’re not present, we will keep your item sealed.

Orders placed outside of livestream hours will also be kept sealed by default.

Q: I don’t like my toy. Can I get a refund?

A: All sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you don’t like the item you received from unboxing during our livestream, you’re welcome to trade it with our in-live trader during the same session.

You can also join our Discord chat group to post your item and find others who are open to trading.

Q: What's “Hold Order” and how does it work?

A: You can place multiple orders during our live shows.

We’ll hold your orders until the total reaches $50 — then we’ll ship them together for free!

Q: Do I have to order during LIVE ?

A: Not necessarily. You can place an order anytime on our website. But if you place your order during our livestream sessions and select “OPEN LIVE”, our host will unbox it while you are online and you can trade it with our in-live trader if you don’t prefer the unboxed item.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept credit/debit cards, and other payment options as listed on our checkout page.

Q: Do I have to pay right away?

A: Yes, payment must be completed during the livestream to secure your items.

Q: How long can you hold my order(s)?

A: Orders that are under $50 and selected as “Hold Order” will be kept in our warehouse for up to 30 days. After one month, if no additional purchases are made to reach the free shipping threshold or if we haven’t received any instructions from you, the order will be considered abandoned and will become Mr. Surprise’s property.

Q: Can I change my order from “Shipping” to “Pick Up” (or vice versa)?

A: Please email us at sc@mrsurprise.ca regarding any changes to your shipping or pickup option. If your order has not yet been shipped or prepared for pickup, we’ll do our best to make the adjustment.

Q: Can I pick up my order at a different MR.SURPRISE location?

A: Please email us at sc@mrsurprise.ca if you’d like to change your pickup location. If your order has not yet been processed for pickup or shipping, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Q: What is a blind box?

A: A blind box is a sealed package containing one random design from a series. The fun is in the surprise!

Q: Can I choose the design?

A: No, part of the excitement is not knowing which one you’ll get until you open it.

Q: Can you open my blind box on stream?

A: Yes! All blind boxes purchased on stream will be opened live.

Q: Are there livestream-only deals?

A: Yes, we sometimes offer limited-time discounts, bundle deals, or freebies available only during the stream.

Q: How do I know when the next livestream is?

A: Follow us on TikTok and Discord, and turn on notifications so you never miss a show.

Q: What if I miss the livestream?

A: You can still shop in-store or online, but livestream-only items and promos are only available during the broadcast.

A: Email us at sc@mrsurprise.ca (include “Livestream” in the subject line) or join our Discord for quick help.

Q: What if I place an order and select OPEN LIVE, but I miss LIVE?

A: We will call out your order throughout the LIVE. If your order is called out but you’re not present, we will keep your item sealed.

All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If a defect is found on stream, we will open a replacement blind box for you. If you choose to keep the defective one, the price remains the same.

Purchases must be made by individuals 18+ or with parental consent.

Minor packaging imperfections from shipping or handling do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
